The property consists of two blocks of land totalling 1.47 hectares or 3.63 acres.  The main shed, located on the larger block is a steel structure.  This shed is 59m (193') long by 29m (95') wide, it is 7m (23') high at the centre ridge and 6m (19') high at the sides).  This shed is approximately 1,711m2 in area.  3 phase power is connected.  A concrete slab forms just over half of the shed's floor, the rest is hard packed dirt.  A second smaller metal shed of about the size of a two car garage is located on the smaller block.

An amenities area occupies part of the northeast corner of the shed.  This consists of an office 3.33m by 2.38m, a kitchen 3.33m by 3.15m with cupboards, sink, stove and large hot water system.  A shower and toilet are accessible from the Kitchen area and another toilet is accessible from the outside of the shed.
On the southern side of the main shed are three 15,000 litre (approx) concrete water tanks that provide water for the factory.  Only the southern side of the roof (approx 855 m2) is currently used to fill these tanks.  One millimetre of rain can send more than 800 litres of water to these tanks.  The other side of the roof currently drains into the front paddock but could easily be used to supply additional water tanks.
