The property is approximately 600km north of Sydney and 440km south of Brisbane.

The turn off to the factory is approximately 25km south of Grafton and 55km north of Coffs Harbour. The factory itself is only 3km off the Pacific Highway.

Because of the property's location, a number of different housing options are available within easy travelling distances (around 20 minutes).

Halfway Creek / Wells Crossing is a rural area.  Most properties in the area are around 100 acres or more with a smaller number down to about 20 acres.  An average vacant 100 acre block would cost around $60,000.  View example.

Grafton is less than 20 minutes away at 28km.  Grafton is a large regional centre with a population of about 17,000 (24,000 for the Greater Grafton area).  It has all the facilities one would expect of a centre of it's size.  You can view other properties for sale in and around Grafton at Moy & Darby's Professionals by clicking the following logo.

Corindi Beach is also less than 20 minutes away at around 25km. It is a small beachside village with a population of around 600, only 32km north of the popular tourist port of Coffs Harbour.  Many new settlers are making Corindi Beach their new home as they seek the beauty and lifestyle of the North Coast without the congestion of the larger towns and cities.  Again housing is much cheaper than in our capital cities as well as being cheaper than Coffs Harbour.  Ian Fitzgerald Real Estate & Cardow Webster Realty of Woolgoolga sometimes have listings for Corindi Beach, click on their logos to check out what they have.

Glenreagh is also less than 20 minutes away at around 25km. It is a small rural village with a population of less than 300.  It nestles on the bank of the Orara River almost midway between Grafton (42km) and Coffs Harbour (33km). It is on the Orara Way, a scenic, fully sealed alternate route to the Pacific Highway.  Again housing (what there is available) is much cheaper than in our capital cities as well as being cheaper than Coffs Harbour.  Raine and Horne of Coffs Harbour sometimes has listings for Glenreagh, click on their logo to check out what they have.
